LOS ANGELES (AP) — Michael Jackson and his ex-wife, Deborah Rowe, have settled their lengthy legal battle over custody and visitation rights for their two children, her lawyer said Friday. “We’re still dealing with the details but it addresses all of the disputes between the parties,” said attorney Marta Almli. “I can’t say anything about the terms of the settlement but I don’t think it would have happened if both parties didn’t agree it was appealing to both of them.”

Mo’ money mo’ problems for Puff Daddy.Records show the rap mogul’s popular soul food eatery in Atlanta, Justin’s Restaurant, owes $7,373 in back taxes — this according to The Detroit News. Diddy’s reps claim it was all just a misunderstanding and say the government was sending notices to the restaurant’s headquarters office in NYC — which closed over ten years ago. Bottom line — Diddy says the check’s in the mail.

Cops say rapper Too Short was too far over the legal limit to be driving around Las Vegas this morning. According to law enforcement, Short — real name Todd Shaw — was arrested for DUI, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, speeding and exhibition of power (burning rubber) by Las Vegas Metro Police at around 4:00 AM.It’s the second time Short’s been popped for DUI — in Las Vegas — in the last three months.Cops say the 43-year-old is still behind bars.
